Day in the Life of a Human Resource Associate Learn, administer, and optimize HR processes such as, staffing, new hire orientation, compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, employee development, and org design/effectiveness in compliance with state and federal regulations Partner with other HR professionals and business clients throughout Bell and Textron to develop, implement, and assess the effectiveness of solutions Manage human resources policies, procedures, and programs Use data to make informed decisions Always maintain confidentiality and discretion What You Will Need: A Bachelor’s degree or higher with a major in Human Resources or related field required 0-2 years of relevant experience What Will Make You Stand Out: Highly professional demeanor and presence conducive with a corporate environment.
