Key Responsibilities:
Offer both remote and on-site technical support, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
Respond promptly and professionally to service requests and inquiries.

Escalate complex issues to 2nd Line Support or the relevant technical teams when necessary.
Ensure client satisfaction by following up on resolved issues and ensuring systems are functioning properly.
Assist with basic network and system administration tasks.
Collaborate with the team to stay current with technology and industry trends.
