Position: Medical Claims Agent
Pay: $19/hr. D.OE Weekly Pay plus Benefits
Schedule: 8am-9pm EST. M-F (8hr Shift between these hours)
Equipment Provided and shipped directly to your home!
Start Date: Early October 2024
Ā Must live in the following states of TEXAS, GEORGIA, ARIZONA,FLORIDA,UTAH,KENTUCKY and OHIO to be considered***
Job Details:
Ā Processing medical claims
Ā May perform some outbounds calls and take some inbound calls assisting patients with medical related inquiries.
Ā Perform medical benefits investigations
Ā Using computer skills for data entry.
Ā Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
Ā Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
Ā Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication or procedure on behalf of the patient.
Requirements: Must have1 year or more of Medical benefits or Prior Authorization experience (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Ā Medical Call Center experience is a plus but not required.
Ā Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors.
Ā Great work attitude and willingness to help others.
Ā HS Diploma/Equivalent.
Ā ***Must live in the states of TEXAS, GEORGIA, ARIZONA,FLORIDA,UTAH,KENTUCKY and OHIO to be considered***
