Start date: 8/12/25
Location: Remote
Pay: $18.50
Training: 2 weeks M-F 7am-3:30pm, and 2 weeks Tu-Sa 12pm-8:30pm
Post training shift: Various Shifts available
Job Description
ā¢ Answer customer calls and provide prompt service solutions.
ā¢ Coordinate and dispatch technicians accurately.
ā¢ Enter data to update customer accounts.
ā¢ Correspond on the phone and email via Microsoft Outlook.
Requirements:
ā¢ Reliable home internet and a quiet work from home environment.
ā¢ Must live within 30 miles of Portland.
ā¢ Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
ā¢ Be computer proficient and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite. Outlook will be used daily.
ā¢ Detail-oriented
