Position: Senior Medical Benefits Rep Pay: $17/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits Schedule: 8am-8pm CST. M-F (8hr Shift between these hours) Equipment Provided Start Date: ASAP Job Details Answer inbound calls and make some outbound calls. Perform medical benefits investigations Using computer skills for data entry. Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information. Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program. Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient. Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of Medical benefits experience (NO EXCEPTIONS) Medical Call Center experience is a plus but not required. Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors. Great work attitude and willingness to help others. HS Diploma/Equivalent. Must live in the state of Kentucky or surrounding cities to be considered.
