Update patient data, ensuring accuracy. Using computer skills for data entry. Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program. Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient. Requirements: Must have experience with medical insurance. Medical Call Center experience is a plus but not required. Must have active internet already installed and the ability to work from home. Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors. Great work attitude and willingness to help others. HS Diploma/Equivalent.
