Position: Remote Medical Call Center Reps.
Pay: $17/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits
Schedule: 8am-9pm EST. M-Fri (8hr Shift between these hours will be assigned)
Equipment Provided and shipped directly.
Start Date: November 2024
MUST BE ABLE TO PICK UP EQUIPMENT IN IRVING, TX
Key Responsibilities:
Ā Perform outbound to the providers, insurance companies, patients regarding medical benefits.
Ā Provide accurate information on medical services and procedures.
Ā Verify patient information and insurance details.
Ā Maintain confidential patient records and follow HIPAA guidelines.
Ā Assist with follow-up communications and reminders.
Qualifications: MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OR MEDICAL BENEFITS EXPERIENCE (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Ā Experience in medical benefit investigation (preferred but not required).
Ā Strong understanding of health insurance plans and coverage but not required.
Ā Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ā Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
Ā Adhere to all required KPI's.
Ā High Speed internet with modem access
