Job Title: Remote Healthcare Benefits Rep • Pay: $17/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits • Paid Training!!! • Equipment Provided and shipped to your home • FLORIDA State Residents ONLY • Schedule: 8am-10pm EST. M-Fri. (Must be able to work ANY 8hr Shift between these hours) • Projected Start Date: Early OCTOBER 2025 Key Responsibilities: • Review and process prior authorization requests for medical procedures, medications, and services in accordance with insurance guidelines and clinical criteria. • Verify patient eligibility, benefits, and coverage with insurance carriers. • Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, pharmacies, and insurance companies to gather required documentation. • Ensure all prior authorization requests are completed accurately and within required time frames. • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company policies while handling sensitive patient information. • Accurately document all authorization activities in the system for tracking and audit purposes. Qualifications: Must have 1 year or more of verifiable/RECENT experience in Medical benefits or prior authorization experience. • Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance claims, and benefits verification. • Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance/benefits information clearly. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. • Ability to handle confidential information in compliance with HIPAA regulations. • Must have high speed internet with Modem access(MOBILE HOTSPOTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED) For immediate consideration please email an up-to-date resume to [email protected] Be sure to mention ($17/hr.
