Job Title: Medical Customer Service Representative
Pay Rate: $16/hr. Weekly Pay Plus Benefits!
Schedule Availability: Mon-Sat. 8am-10pm CST (MUST BE ABLE TO WORK AN 8-HOUR SHIFT BETWEEN HOURS OF OPERATION)
Start date: OCTOBER 2024

What you will do day to day...
Ā Answer inbound calls and make some outbound calls assisting with medically related inquires.
Ā Using computer skills for data entry.
Ā Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
Ā Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
Ā Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.
Job Requirements
Requirements: MUST HAVE 1 YEAR OR MORE OF RECENT CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Ā Provide positive customer service and empathy.
Ā Must have High Speed Internet with modem access.
Ā Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Ā Basic knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes (preferred).
Ā Excellent customer service skills with a patient-focused attitude.
Ā Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Ā Strong multitasking and organizational skills
