- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to assist patients and healthcare professionals
- Provide excellent customer service with a focus on empathy and understanding
- Utilize computer skills for data entry and managing patient information
- Gather and review patient medical information while adhering to Federal Health Care Program guidelines
- Collaborate with carriers to ensure medication coverage for patients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 1 year of recent call center experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must reside in or near Irving, Texas, to pick up equipment
- Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors effectively
- Strong work attitude with a willingness to help others
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a healthcare-related role is a plus but not required
