Position: Remote Medical Call Center Representative
Pay: $16/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits
Schedule: 8am-10pm EST. M-Fri. (Must be able to work any 8hr Shift between these hours)
Equipment Provided.
Start Date: Mid-June 2025
Responsibilities include but not limited:
ā¢ Answer inbound calls and making outbound calls assisting patients with medically related inquires.
ā¢ Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient
ā¢ Provide good customer service and empathy.
ā¢ Using computer skills for data entry.
ā¢ Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
ā¢ Provide accurate information about the prescription benefits.
ā¢ Document patient interactions and update records promptly and accurately
ā¢ Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
Job Requirements
Qualifications: Must have 1 or more years of recent call center experience. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
ā¢ * Healthcare call center experience is a plus but not required.
ā¢ Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors
ā¢ Adhere to all company required KPI'S
ā¢ Quiet workstation with High Speed Internet and Modem access REQUIRED.
ā¢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
ā¢ Active listening and problem-solving ability
ā¢ Basic computer proficiency (typing, data entry, navigating systems)
ā¢ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
ā¢ HS Diploma/Equivalent
ā¢ Must live in the state of Texas, Georgia, Florida, Utah, or Kentucky to be considered
