Position: Medical CCR
Pay: $16/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits Schedule: 8am-9pm CST. M-F (8hr Shift between these hours)

Ā MUST BE ABLE TO PICK UP EQUIPMENT IN IRVING, TX***
Job Details
Ā Answer inbound calls and make some outbound calls.
Ā Provide good customer service and empathy.
Ā Using computer skills for data entry.
Ā Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
Ā Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
Ā Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.
Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of Call Center experience (NO EXCEPTIONS)
MUST BE ABLE TO PICK UP EQUIPMENT IN IRVING, TX
Ā Medical Call Center experience is a plus but not required.
Ā Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors.
Ā Great work attitude and willingness to help others.
Ā HS Diploma/Equivalent.
Ā Must live in the state Irving TX or surrounding cities to be considered.
