Job Overview We are hiring multiple people as part of our idea generation team for our sketch comedy YouTube channel Brozac (www.youtube.com/@Brozac___/shorts). The job is part-time (10-20 hours per week), you can work on your own time (no set schedule), with the opportunity to move up in the future to the full-time role of Head of Ideation for our channels. The job workflow is as follows: Watch sketch comedy from TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Log the ideas and concepts from viral sketches into a spreadsheet. Put your own unique twist on the existing ideas to make them fresh, original, and fitting to our channel's demographic. This job is for people who are: Sketch comedy fans that watch sketch comedy on social media. Aged 18-35. Watching TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels regularly. Familiar with internet culture. Good at spotting trends. Creative-minded with a strong sense of humor. In this unique role, you will spend your time watching short-form videos to identify trends, gather ideas, and contribute to the development of engaging content for our sketch comedy channel. This position is perfect for someone who has a passion for comedy, watches short-form sketch comedy on social media regularly, and has a creative sense of humor with a lot of comedy ideas of their own.
