Currently working with international clients, we are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 4-6 years of experience who masters both front-end (user interface) and back-end (servers, databases, business logic) development. In this role, the focus will be on:Building interactive components with React and Next.js.Managing multiregional content with Contentful CMS.Optimizing web performance and user experience. Location: México Experience Level: 4+ years English: B2–C1 Full-time | Engineering ✈️ Valid visa is preferable Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full stack web features for Lucid's US and EU market websitesBuild and integrate React-based front-end components with a focus on performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.Implement and manage content delivery pipelines using Contentful CMS, including content modeling, API integrations, and localized content management for multiple regional marketsDevelop and optimize server-side rendered (SSR) pages using Next.js to ensure fast load times, strong SEO performance, and scalable architectureCollaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and design specs into polished, production-ready web experiencesSupport multi-region content strategies, including multi-language and multi-locale configurations within ContentfulParticipate in code reviews, technical planning sessions, and agile ceremoniesMonitor and improve Core Web Vitals, page performance, and cross-browser compatibilityTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely mannerDocument technical implementations, component libraries, and integration workflowsRequirementsMust‑Have Qualifications 5+ years of full stack development experience.Proficiency in React.js (hooks, state management, component architecture).Hands-on experience with Next.js (SSR, SSG, App Router).Knowledge of Contentful CMS (content modeling, REST/GraphQL APIs, localization).JavaScript (ES6+) or TypeScript.HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.Experience with Git and collaborative workflows (GitHub/GitLab).Intermediate-advanced English (technical meetings and documentation).Nice‑to‑Have Skills Experience with automotive or consumer brand websites.Knowledge of EU web regulations (GDPR, WCAG 2.1).CI/CD pipelines with Vercel or AWS.Design systems with Storybook or Tailwind CSS.Back-end development with Node.js.Analytics and A/B testing integrations (Google Tag Manager, Optimizely).Soft Skills Teamwork: Collaboration with designers, marketers, and developers.Problem-solving: Debugging and code optimization.Adaptability: Quick learning of new technologies.Clear communication: Explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
