We are hiring an experienced Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts across the United States. This is an opportunity for a sourcing-savvy recruiter who is passionate about leveraging social platforms, employer branding, and data-driven strategies to attract and engage top talent from diverse backgrounds.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, project-based environment and enjoys managing the full recruitment lifecycle in collaboration with cross-functional partners and external sources.

What will you do:
• Own full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across the US, including sourcing, pre-screening, leading interview processes, and managing searches end-to-end
• Create compelling job advertisements tailored for various social media channels and specialized platforms to attract outstanding and diverse talent
• Research and experiment with new talent acquisition tools and job boards to enhance sourcing effectiveness, with a focus on diversity and inclusion
• Specialize in recruiting for sales and marketing roles, applying targeted strategies to attract and evaluate top talent with skills relevant to these critical business areas
• Be a passionate brand ambassador—leverage employer branding resources and actively promote Leica Microsystems through engaging content and participation in relevant social groups and forums
• Participate in strategic recruitment initiatives and process improvement projects to optimize best practices and candidate experiences
• Utilize data insights and heat map reports to inform and steer recruitment strategies and pipeline building
• Lead and collaborate with external recruitment partners and agencies to support challenging searches and broader business needs

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
• 5+ years of recruitment experience (end-to-end)
• Proven experience supporting multiple business lines, either internally or with clients
• Experience working with ATS and CRM systems
• Demonstrated success recruiting for sales and marketing positions, with an understanding of the unique competencies and attributes required for these roles
• Comfort working in process-driven environments while consistently meeting established KPIs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong organization and prioritization

Base pay range for this position is $29 to $45 per hour Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
