Our Sourcing Coordinator is responsible for:
• Assist in identifying and attracting top talent for various roles within the organization by following established sourcing strategies
• Perform market research to gather information on industry trends and competitor practices in talent acquisition
• Use various sourcing tools and platforms to identify and engage potential candidates
• Assist hiring managers in identifying job requirements and prepare targeted sourcing plans based on their input
• Assess and update sourcing channels to enhance candidate quality and quantity
• Update candidate databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
• Track and analyze sourcing metrics to evaluate performance and provide data to support decisions
• Assist recruitment agencies and external vendors in aligning their efforts with sourcing goals and objectives
• Perform advanced sourcing tasks using Boolean search, social media, and job boards to identify and engage passive candidates
• Assist the recruitment team in transitioning sourced candidates into the recruitment pipeline by following established procedures and tracking progress
• Assist in identifying and engaging potential candidates to build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
• Manage candidate screening requests and progress through completion
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:
• 1+ years of sourcing, coordination, or staffing experience
• Basic Excel skills are required
• Experience with ATS systems, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools preferred
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving skills to overcome sourcing challenges and optimize recruitment strategies
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate and comprehensive candidate profiles
• Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Base pay range for this position is $21.45 - $28.61 per hour. Final hourly compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
