Our Kelly Education Recruiter is accountable for: Assisting with the design, development, and implementation of recruiting strategies to achieve needed fulfillment expectations Acting as Kelly brand ambassador through the development of relationships with our clients, community outreach organizations and educational centers Handling full cycle recruitment and onboarding functions for the area Attending scheduled job fairs and/or recruiting events This is a virtual position in Oklahoma City, OK. Candidates must live within 30-60 minutes within OKC metro area to support local business and client recruiting and onboarding needs. Responsibilities • Assisting with the design, development, and implementation of recruiting strategies to achieve needed fulfillment expectations • Acting as Kelly brand ambassador through the development of relationships with our clients, community outreach organizations and educational centers • Handling full cycle recruitment and onboarding functions for the area • Attending scheduled job fairs and/or recruiting events Requirements • 1+ years of customer service, high volume recruiting, onboarding, or human resources experience required • Excellent verbal and written communicator • Customer service focus • MS Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Valid United States Driver's License in good standing is required • Ability to travel up to 20-30% locally to hiring, recruiting, school, talent, and other position-applicable events are also required • Candidates must live within 30-60 minutes within OKC metro area to support local business and client recruiting and onboarding needs.
