Our Kelly Education Director of Revenue Strategy is accountable for:
• Leading the transformation of pricing strategy from traditional cost-plus models to scalable, value-based, market-aligned structures
• Owning and advancing sales intelligence functions including CRM integrity, KPI tracking, pipeline health, and win/loss reporting
• Driving revenue forecasting and scenario modeling in partnership with Finance and Sales to support long-range planning
• Creating and managing reporting tools that turn data into actionable insights and support confident decision-making
• Equipping Sales and Proposal teams with pricing tools and data-informed messaging to communicate value effectively
• Building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing team focused on pricing, sales operations, and strategic reporting
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
• 10+ years of experience in strategic pricing, sales operations, revenue planning, or commercial finance
• Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives that involve Sales, Finance, and Delivery
• Advanced knowledge of CRM systems, forecasting tools, and pipeline performance measurement
• Strong executive communication, analytical thinking, and strategic storytelling skills
• Track record of developing scalable processes and data infrastructure to support business growth
