This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure ServiceNow applications, and ensure optimal performance of the system.How your day-to-day work will look like✅Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.✅Customize and configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, and UI interfaces.✅Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and document requirements.✅Develop and implement ServiceNow integrations with other systems (REST and SOAP integrations).✅Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ServiceNow environment.✅Perform system upgrades and patches following IT best practices.✅Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions and processes.✅Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff.This would make you the ideal candidate✨Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. ✨5+ Years of experience working as a ServiceNow developer.✨3+ Years of experience working with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.✨3+ Years of experience working with Angular.✨Proven professional experience with different ServiceNow modules and architecture.✨Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and other integration technologies.✨ Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients.
