Responsibilities
• Handle inbound customer calls with enthusiasm, delivering friendly and professional assistance to address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Follow established scripts and procedures to ensure consistent service quality while adapting to individual customer needs
• Document all interactions accurately within the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system for seamless follow-up and record-keeping
• Identify opportunities to upsell or recommend additional services that benefit the customer’s needs
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently answer questions and provide clear guidance
• Manage time effectively to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining excellent service standards
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized teams when necessary, ensuring prompt resolution

Qualifications
• Strong verbal communication skills with an energetic and positive tone that engages customers
• Ability to work independently in a home environment with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate documentation
• Prior experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred but not required—training will be provided!
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions during working hours
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with CRM software or willingness to learn new systems
• A proactive mindset with the motivation to meet performance goals and deliver outstanding service
