We are seeking seasoned freight agents with a proven track record in logistics sales and freight brokerage experience cradle to grave. Key Responsibilities: • Leverage your active book of business to secure and manage freight for customers. • Coordinate and oversee the transportation of goods, ensuring on time deliveries and consistently exceeding customer expectations. • Stay current with market trends to ensure maximum profitability and pricing. • Negotiate rates and contracts to maximize profitability. • Establish and maintain strong industry relationships. Qualifications: • Entrepreneurial mindset working independently, goal-oriented and self-motivated. • Proven experience as a freight agent, freight sales or working in a freight brokerage. • An active, established and transferable book of business with verifiable customers. • Successful sales, negotiation, and account management experience. • Ability to book freight from cradle to grave. • 2+ years of FTL or multiple modes of brokerage experience.
