Field Systems Implementation Specialist -1099, REMOTE Position OverviewThe Field Systems Implementation Specialist leads end-to-end software implementations for veterinary clinics, ensuring seamless onboarding, workflow alignment, and strong long-term adoption.This role serves as the primary hospital-facing project lead from initial scoping through go-live and stabilization. You will partner cross-functionally with Internal Operations, Care Advancement, IT/Data and Leadership to deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.The ideal candidate combines project management expertise, veterinary workflow knowledge, and strong communication skills. This role requires managing multiple concurrent implementations in a fast-paced environment.Travel: Approximately 70% including on-site go-live support as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesImplementation & Project ManagementOwn the full implementation lifecycle from discovery through post-launch sustainmentDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk trackingEnsure projects meet defined scope, quality standards, and KPIsMaintain accurate documentation in Smartsheet and other project management systemsManage multiple concurrent implementations while meeting deadlinesClient Leadership & CommunicationServe as the primary point of contact for veterinary clinics throughout implementationLead project meetings, status updates, and go-live coordinationProvide consistent progress reporting to internal stakeholders Identify risks early and drive timely resolutionTraining & Workflow OptimizationDeliver structured, role-based software training (clinical and administrative teams)Align system configuration with clinical workflows, revenue processes, and operational best practicesSupport go-live readiness and on-site or remote launch activitiesMonitor adoption and recommend workflow improvements post-launchCross-Functional Collaboration & Process ImprovementPartner with internal and external stakeholders to scope projects and define milestonesSupport integrations, feature launches, and system enhancementsContribute to standardized implementation playbooks and documentationContinuously refine processes to improve scalability and client experienceQualifications3+ years of experience in veterinary software implementation, training, customer success, or project management.Direct experience working in a veterinary clinic or implementing veterinary softwareExperience managing complex, cross-functional projectsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to travel (70%)#LI-KP1
