The Business Development Representative/Account Executive will report directly into CereHive’s Founder & CEO.

Responsibilities:
• Build out a targeted portfolio of clientele whose needs align with CereHive’s product offerings
• Conduct a variety of canvassing methodologies through a plethora of proactive outreach methods to develop a sales pipeline and close new business, including extensive video outreach and cold calling
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
• Close sales and secure signed contracts for our product offerings
• Educate customers over CereHive’s unique features within each plan to assist customer in their purchasing decision to the appropriate tier offering
• Navigate and manage renewals with customers
• Identify and establish new relationships with decision makers in new accounts as you work relentlessly to bring in new logos
• Consistently deliver a white-glove experience to both our prospects and existing customers
• Attend industry networking events to increase and leverage your network along with developing professionally
• Properly document conversations and activity within CereHive’s Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) system
• Exceed expectations set forth by leadership to achieve promotion towards exciting career path options
• Multitask daily and act in a decisive manner with confidence and ownership in the decisions you make
• Roughly 25% travel required to visit strategic prospects and customers when necessary

Requirements:
• Consistently at least met quota year over year in current/previous business development role
• Results driven individual who wants to be successful and be part of a winning team
• Possess a “hunting” as opposed to “farming” mindset
• High risk appetite
• At least one year of business development experience
• Exemplify CereHive’s Hive Code (https://www.cerehive.com/about) in and outside of work
• Be financially driven
• Growth mindset as opposed to fixed mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A "glass half-full" mentality
• High sense of urgency and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and be challenged
• Team-oriented mentality
• Undergraduate degree from an accredited university

Desired:
• Business development experience in a SaaS environment
• Experience in the recruitment space
• “Contest” winner in current/previous business development career
