Job Description: We are seeking experienced and highly motivated PL/SQL Developers with strong Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) domain expertise to join our growing team. This is a 100% remote opportunity, ideal for candidates who can work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain complex PL/SQL code, including dynamic SQL, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and validations.
• Work closely with business teams and cross-functional internal teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable database logic.
• Design and implement data validation logic and transformations as part of ETL processes.
• Analyze and support large datasets across multiple database environments.
• Independently manage deliverables and proactively resolve issues related to data accuracy, performance, and logic.
• Support integration efforts with healthcare systems and PBM applications.
Required Skills:
• Strong experience in PL/SQL development, including complex logic, performance tuning, and dynamic SQL.
• Must have domain experience in Healthcare / Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) minimum 2 years.
• Hands-on experience with at least one ETL tool (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Oracle Data Integrator, etc.).
Proficient with multiple databases, including:
• Oracle Database
• MySQL
• NoSQL databases
• PostgreSQL
• Microsoft SQL Server
• SQLite
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
