100% Remote Payroll Coordinator

Centurion Anesthesia provides comprehensive anesthesia coverage to ASCs and Office Based Surgery across the US. We are looking for an efficient payroll processor to be responsible for all tasks involved in the processing of payroll. • *Responsibilities: • Onboarding new hires and collection of payroll documentation. • Manage the day-to-day payroll operations ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll. • Perform reconciliation of payroll information. • Collecting and verifying timesheets. • Entering employee information and payroll data into the system. • Answering employees' questions and concerns regarding payroll. • Calculating payable hours, commissions, bonuses, taxes, and deductions. • Processing new employees, promotions, and terminations. • Investigating and resolving payroll discrepancies. • Maintaining and updating payroll records. • *Qualifications: • 2 or more years of experience working in a payroll department. • Bachelor’s degree or higher. • Ability to plan and manage multiple projects. • Close attention to detail. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail and results orientation are required. • Excellent planning, analytical, interpersonal, and communications skills. • Must adapt well to a demanding, fast-paced work environment. • Must have knowledge and understanding of payroll and payroll tax laws. • Experience with payroll software required. • *Job Type: Full-time 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (On-Site / No Remote) • *Benefits: Dental, Medical, Vision & 401k+ • *Salary range**: $50,000 - $65,000 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Vision insurance Work Location: Remote
