Qualifications
Skills in Systems Programming and Operating Systems
Technical Support and Troubleshooting abilities
Programming knowledge, especially in relation to mainframe environments
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Relevant certifications are a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
