100% Remote IT Security Administrator
About the position Responsibilities • Manage vulnerabilities within Reyes Beer Division as directed by the RHFoB Office of the CISO. • Prioritize and mitigate security risks associated with complex systems and applications. • Document, train, mentor, and support RBD IT teams in vulnerability remediation. • Manage and report risk and vulnerability status to management. • Advise on process improvements for security management. • Plan and execute penetration testing in collaboration with application owners. • Maintain compliance with existing IT Security Protocols for applications and systems. • Communicate technical application security concepts to various stakeholders. • Collaborate on enabling technologies for security compliance. • Inform and manage vendors on security standards. Requirements • Bachelor's degree and 2-3+ years' related experience OR High School Diploma and 4-5+ years' related experience. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence decisions. • Experience in System Administration (Windows Servers, Linux Servers, Cisco Networking Equipment). • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Experience supporting and administering enterprise-level applications. • Ability to work independently and be self-driven. • Knowledge of software development lifecycles and methodologies. • Knowledge of vulnerability assessments and patch management tools. • Knowledge of application security technical controls and common vulnerabilities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Nice-to-haves • 5+ years' related experience. • 2+ years' experience in IT Security in a medium to enterprise level organization. • Security+, CISSP, or equivalent certification. • Experience in NIST, PCI, IOTCA, or similar compliance frameworks. • Experience with Cloud and hybrid Cloud / On-premise security designs. • Experience working in a decentralized environment. • Experience communicating with executive/director level employees. • Experience in a multi-location or 24X7 distribution/manufacturing/supply chain company. • Familiarity with OT/IOT/IT network convergence. • Familiarity with Power BI and Power Platform.
