Description

We are looking for a Sales Agent to join our team in our Grand Junction office. Success in this role will require a strong local network and in-person relationship building in the community. This is a remote position and must live in Grand Junction, CO.

Pay Details
• The typical training salary is $55k - $65k
• Through a combination of base, bonuses, and uncapped commissions, typical total first year compensation ranges from $55k - $75k
• Potential for top performers to earn over $100k in their first year

Qualifications

Preferred Experience
• Previous employment in a sales role where you have successfully turned prospects into customers.
• A state insurance licenseor willingness to earn one with training and supportin Property & Casualty, and Life.

Required Skills

• Well-developed persuasion and negotiation skills
• Great interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines
