Job title: 100% REMOTE Eligibility Analyst Company: Aston Carter Job description: Eligibility Specialist 100% REMOTE (equipment provided) Schedule: Monday-Friday- full time Additional Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree preferred, High School Diploma is required • Enrollment/eligibility experience • 3+ years' experience in a healthcare service industry/Managed Care setting • Experience with Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment processing or managed care a plus • High speed internet/ability to hardwire to home router • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Products, including, Excel, Word, Access, Teams and Outlook Job Description: • Process the enrollment, disenrollment and maintenance of all Medicaid, and Medicare membership for all plans. • Run programs and conduct membership reconciliation for Medicaid/Medicare products. • Responsible for the timely completion of all eligibility updates. • Responsible for the submission of regulatory files to DOH and CMS. • Data enter applications as needed. • Assist in the quality assurance process. • •Assist in the development of quality assurance processes for new clients and new functions.
